This leash has 100% stood up to everything it has been out through. 3 different very large dogs have all used this leash. There have been no issues with fraying/tearing. It is still being used to this day despite the fact that a puppy chewed on it in a few spots. It still gets used by a 60ish lb dog every day... I definitely recommend this leash for larger/stronger dogs, even the ones that try to yank you across your yard. It's also reflective, and has the loop which makes it easier to brace around your arm.

I can't fault this leash. I won't know for 3 years whether it will outlast our last one, but stitching and clip seem well made

This is just what I was looking for! I have another similar leash that is finally starting to fray from a different company that cost twice as much and there is no difference in quality. I highly recommend this for stronger dogs who like to pull or need to be pulled along. Will definitely by again!

I use it for a 50lb dog. It’s easy to grab and it’s light not super heavy but also sturdy. I don’t even feel like the dog is going break free. She is a puppy that still pulls. The reason I dinged it on the sturdiness is that this is my 2nd one now and if it gets caught or dragged on something it cuts up easy. So far this one has a few cuts but it is not shredding away like my previous one.

My puppy is 11 months old and nearly 65 pounds. He has chewed three leashes, including one claiming to be “heavy duty,” or “for large dogs.” This leash is thick, light weight, and the handle is comfortable. It’s also a really good price. I would recommend this leash to any owner of a big dog, especially one who likes to chew.

Best leash for the best price! Well thought-out design and quality materials. The handle is neoprene-padded and has a soft liner that reduces discomfort and possibly scrapes to your hand and wrist like other leashes. The clasp is heavy duty, easy to operate and painted solid black. The leash itself is double-stitched and thick!The color combos are great, I especially like the black and blue.Worth noting, the entire length of the leash has a high visibility reflective striping for enhanced safety when walking at night!This leash is heavy duty! If you are looking for a round-rope type of leash, Paw Lifestyles also has one with all the same features of this leash except the reflective striping. They are both extremely robust, way more than any other leash, but it all comes down to preference.

This dog leash is wonderful for me. I have 2 dogs so I bought their dual leash to walk both dogs at the same time and that works really well. I was so impressed that I bought this leash. Why do I like it? Well I have arthritis and most leashes are hard for me to hold onto. This one is nice and fat, it is cushy so it feels good in my hand, it has a bit of girth to it so it is easier for my hands to hold on and the loop is big enough to loop around my entire hand should my fingers hurt too much to grasp tightly. My big dog weighs about 60 pounds and lunges after the critters we encounter on our walks. I need something I know will hold her. This leash is able to handle her easily. The leash is a bit longer than ones I have so it gives her a little more room to run in front of me. I don't think anyone will be disappointed buying this leash. I feel this is a good buy for me and my pups.

We’ve been using the leash for a few months and like it so far! Seems much more durable than other leashes we’ve used in the past. I like the handle, it super comfortable to hold. I will say that it doesn’t seem super reflective, but that’s not a big deal for us.
