It came with instructions easy to follow and took me one hour and half to set it up by myself. Comfortable and perfect for an apartment. Me, my wife and my 2 kids. Sofa is sturdy enough, just don't go up there and start jumping. Love the ottoman, I can move it anywhere of the sofa and lay my feet on it and relax and read book.Perfect sofa for family in apartment that can't fit big sofa and are on budget.And it came on time, shipped on the 18th, arrived at home on the 21th.One friendly advise, if you weight more than 200 pounds, I recommend adding extra legs or floor bench to place in the middle of the sofa, that way it won't bend overtime. Sofa is sturdy enough for me but I weigh lot less than 200 pounds, so I'm not sure if it sturdy enough for more than that, even though it advertised that can hold up to 300 lbs.Anyway, for me and my family, we love it, thank you Amazon and Casa Andrea Milano for making it possible.

Not worth the the price at all!! Uncomfortable, small cushion sizes, low to the ground and not sturdy sides and entire sectional as a whole. The bottom on mine broke and I haven’t had it for 6 months. Bought in August and already need a new couch. A HUGE WASTE OF MONEY..

Instructions were horrible and it seemed very cheap at first due to staples on the underside. It arrived in 4 separate boxes. Big tip when assembling put the long screws into the couch back rests first before putting into the holes in the frame. Also use your own wrench for the bolts as the one provided is horrible. But once we did that and figured it out assembly took just under an hour with no yelling or frustration. One person could do it alone. I was pleasantly surprised for it being a cheap Amazon couch bought while drunk after Halloween. It arrived quickly, just 5 days after order. Overall I am impressed with it. Comfortable to sit on. We like that it is a little lower to ground. You can really sink back into the cushions and as a 6 foot tall individual I can fully stretch out on the L section comfortably, even on the ottoman side as well. Only wish ottoman was storage ottoman, but really think it looks great in the living room. It is smaller than our previous couch, but we like that. Gives us more room. I could see myself sleeping comfortably on this.

I had to repair one of the legs (replace the coupling) because it would not screw on.

It was pretty easy to assemble although it’s not very sturdy stains pretty easy and it has an odor that I don’t like very much but overall I’d give it a 7 out of 10 the price should definitely be dropped.

the product broke, i have insurance with allstate they dont want to help fix it or amazon either

OK for a small space but lower quality than expected. The chaise doesn’t actually attach to the sofa portion so we’re constantly scooting it back in to close the gap between the two pieces. The sofa backs are also sectioned and don’t connect so if you lean back on one more than the others they don’t line up anymore. Cushions are a bit thin and the whole set is very low to the ground. It’s ok for the next year or so but we will not take it with us when we move to a bigger place. Looks nice but isn’t comfortable.

This couch is very easy to assemble. It’s comfortable and relaxing to sleep on. I was hesitant at first on purchasing it because I usually don’t buy furniture on Amazon but it was definitely a great buy! I would reccomend.
