The hose feels very solid and thick, like it will last a good long time, in spite of the inherent vulnerability of expandable hoses (though, for my money they make up of it in ease of use and ease of storage).That stiffness makes it a bit less flexible than my last expandable hose, but I think (hope!) an extended life-span will be worth it.I also really appreciated the seller quickly sending 2 replacement nozzles when the one that came with the hose had a modest problem (one setting didn't work properly)

I cant speak highly enough of the customer service that I have received from the company. The hose is good but the company is better.First, the hose is very lightweight and shrinks to make it easy to roll up and put away. Its the family favorite because it is so easy to roll up, yes even the kids roll it up. I don't think that you could get the hose to kink and pulls easily around corners or furniture. I have had mine for about two years installed in the garage and have used it year round to rinse salt off of cars, water plants, hook up the pressure washer, etc. The hose ends are very heavy brass that have held up great, they thread on everything easily without leaks even after dropping, dragging, etc. The shut off on the end of the hose has been handier than I thought especially when changing from pressure washing back to the spray nozzle.Recently the hose developed a leak and I contacted John and heard back the same day requesting a picture and copy of Amazon purchase which was sent and two days later I had a whole new hose kit. The new hose appears to be the same quality as the old one, the accessories appear to be the same as well.I will be ordering a second hose at the request of my daughter for the patio because she was so impressed with the hose replacement by the company.

This hose is light and stretches out to its full 75 feet. The problem is that the material doesn't seem to be of high quality. The novel is already bent and won't twist. The nozzle is cheap as well. It's a plastic that looks like it won't hold up very long. This is very disappointing considering the price that I paid for the hose.

I bought this product 5 years ago. It's a great product, best hose ever! However, it popped a leak this year (thus, only 4 stars for durability). Before tossing it and ordering a new one, I saw that it had a lifetime guarantee. So, on a whim, I contacted the company not expecting them to back up the guarantee, especially after 5 years. But that's exactly what they did! Customer service was immediate, helpful, and gracious. Got my new hose a few days later. Great company!

This is a great hose. I can carry it around to the other Spicket on the other side of the house. It’s lightweight it performs as it says. I’ve been using this hose for about a year and a half, and it sprung a pinhole toward the top of the hose And customer service was great. I sent in my information and I’ll have a new hose in three days. This is the only hose I’ll ever buy.!!

It does what it says and the company 100% stands behind their product. So rare these days when you can’t get the “big” companies to care and stand behind their products and services. The hose is lightweight, flexible and easy to maneuver even when my water spout is open full power. Best hose I’ve ever used. Period.I got a couple of small leaks in a couple locations and applied some repair tape specially made for the job which helped but still leaked. I was bummed because I love this hose so much. I then remembered the manufacturer has a lifetime guarantee and sent them an email. They responded immediately asking for my address, order number and short video of the problem. I sent it and same day got a reply saying a replacement hose was on its way. I can’t tell you how happy I am. Considering that I recently purchased an expensive split unit air conditioner from Home Depot and within 2 days of purchasing discovered a defective part. Boy, it’s been a nightmare getting Home Depot to answer the phone let alone help with the problem. It’s been several weeks and they still can’t resolve the issue. So imagine my appreciation to Xpandahose! If you garden, you need this!Updated review! In my previous review I spoke too soon and knew when Brian at JandB asked me to post a review, said his sales depended on customer reviews. I should have waited until they resolved my issue before leaving such a glowing review. I was distracted by his quick response and willingness to make the customer satisfied. Huge red flag! When JandB offered me the option of refund or replace I chose to replace. I hate to say that I find it no surprise that since that day I have not been able to communicate with them. My emails bounce back. I’m disappointed whenever I come across people who conduct business like this. Buyer beware, it’s a good hose until it’s not. Happy and safe gardening life!

Easy to use. It’s been holding up in the Florida sun. Works great

High quality hose with durable connectors. Unfortunately my hose failed at a connector end after two months of use. I was very disappointed, Amazon order took three weeks to reach my Hawaii address. J&B had a replacement to me in two days.

Other hoses are heavy, awkward to manouver, tangle and break. This hose is light, manouvers well, and doesn't tangle.
