This book! How to even describe it. Dr Gary is amazing! My husband started reading it and right away wanted to complete the assignments figuring out our fears and reactions (he generally doesn't initiate this stuff). The wisdom of this book has already helped our marriage, and our relationships in general. I have even sent the questions to my friends who are struggling in their relationships. It's incredible what it can do to figure out why you are afraid and what your reactions are every time you fight! Once you know, you can work on improving it.I highly recommend this book and I haven't even read it yet.
