Simple Kitchen Southwestern Penne Healthy Easy Meal (4 Servings, Pack of 4))

That rating was supposed to be a half of one star, horrible food, company rep I spoke with was rude, & they don't refund even if you only open one bag to try it . I had high hopes for this being a wonderful meal because I love Southwestern Style Penne Pasta's. Not only was this the worst thing I've ever tasted but I told the company about it with hopes that they would swap it or refund my money if I returned it but they didn't care one bit. When I opened the box all four packs of my food was covered in a white powdery substance which was disturbing but I figured it must have been flour or something & we wiped it off before opening it. Cooked as directed, I wasn't paid for my rating, I definitely didn't get a discount & the company refused to refund because I opened 1 of the 4 bags even though the bag I opened all ended up in the trash except for the few bites I tried to eat. Horrible experience & I'll warn everyone I know about this company & their food that has no real concern for their customers like myself who feel ripped off. If I had ate all of the bag I opened & opened another bag to eat then obviously I wouldn't expect a refund but this food is inedible based upon taste. Thumbs down over & over again. I have ALS, not bad taste buds.
