This balance board is very addicting. I like to do parkour and when I'm at home standing at my desk this board really helps me practice my balance. It's also really nice for the people who like to move around and fidget as you can make it really easy with the green one, or more difficult with the red one. I've found that if you turn the blocks 90 degrees it can make the board more challenging so its basically like there are 6 levels.Highly recommend if you are looking for the best balance board. The variety is top notch.

This balance board I bought because of the reviews and I’m so glad I did! My son is a skateboarder so I thought he can benefit from it too. I need to work on my core, frankly I don’t think it exists anymore! I use the green level. I find that I can balance quite well on it, but over a few minutes I find one foot starts to ache in the arch and ankle area. This is the same side that I have issues with knee and hip. I think it all stems from the feet and how the muscles have got weak there. After a week of doing this I am noticing that I’m feeling my core area getting stronger and my foot is also getting stronger. When I get off I notice myself standing taller and stronger in my legs. It’s amazing as it doesn’t seem like anything is happening when you are standing on it but it is effective. Especially if you allow yourself to just stand and balance for a while.I love the fact that as I get stronger I can just upgrade to the next level and then the next! Also love that my husband and son can use it too. Doesn’t take up much room, I like that it’s shaped like a skateboard rather than a disk, it’s easier to store and comfortable to use.

ich hab es bis heute nicht bekommen. Amazon hat mir sehr gut weiter geholfen, zwar habe ich es immer noch nicht liegt aber an DPD mit der Begründung das Geschäft hatte schon 15 Uhr geschlossen somit nicht zustellbar. Komisch das ich am gleichen Tag schon was anderes dort ab geholt habe und das Geschäft bis 23 Uhr immer offen hat. Nun da ich das Teil toll finde bestelle ich es sobald ich meine Erstattung erhalten habe erneut. Vielleicht habe ich dann bei meiner nächsten Bestellung mehr Glück.

I normally don't write reviews but this product is beyond my expectation. It is well made, high qualitied, beautifully designed, and super fun to use. The green module has the perfect level of balance for using with standing desk. I already saw an improvement in my leg and glute strength after only a few days of using it. I highly recommend this product!

I really made the right decision when selecting this balance board. The Blue Planet Surfer with its different challenge levels caters for my needs to apply those levels flexibly. The one I currently enjoy most is level 3 and sometimes I switch between 2 and 3, depending on how I use the board. I am excited that I will soon give level 4 a go!
