Q: How long can this unit run continously in one sitting, befor it needs a break? Couple minutes? Hours? Days? Thank you

You use this device to mix your nail polish for example - that only takes about 1 or 2 minutes. I haven't ran this unit continuously for more than 10 minutes.

Q: How good does this work with 2 oz bottles?

I haven't used it with 2 oz bottles but I see no reason it wouldn't work as well as 1 oz bottles. I'm a scale modeler and use Citadel and Reaper paints. Both mix well for me. A couple of stainless steel balls or beads in the paint improve shaker performance a lot. Stainless steel balls can be purchased from cosmetic suppply companies. They're used in Fingernail polish to mix it. I use 3/16 size. Hope this helps.

Q: How many replacement straps are included?

I Think only one strap was included. I added a pack or 2 of replacements to my order as I am in the UK but I haven't had to change it yet. I think I've had it 6-9 months.

Q: What is the output voltage of the ac wall wart? i need to replace mine. is it 12v dc; center pin positive?

output 12.0 volts--0.7 amps yes center pin positive..
