Sturdy, yes but they’re not very wide at all so you have to place right in the center.

This is a very hard sturdy addition to the sofa. Keeps cushions from falling through, but is not as deep as the cushion and not as wide as my sofa. Still it works fairly well.

Update: I reached out to the seller that I had only received one. They refunded me so I could buy another one. With two, they fit my oversized couch and offer good support. They seem well made and durable.I ordered the 2 pack (I triple checked to make sure) and yet, I only received one. It seems sturdy and well made, but I paid for 2 and would like 2.

I thought I would get what I paid for. Especially for the price of TWO. I started off with the love seat set for my brand new sofas. And the two slats side by side fit perfectly on my wide loveseat. The package arrived next day, and it was HEAVY. I was pleasantly surprised. So I ordered the set for my sofa. Now they will have a longer life. I highly recommend!

It kind of works… I don’t know what I was expecting but it certainly was hard. I’m not sure this would ever fix a sagging couch though. It’s basically slats of wood. And it SMELLS like wood… heavily. But if you have a sagging couch due to overused or worn out cushions all this will do is give you a large piece of wood to sit on instead. I suggest either fixing the pillows by having them restuffed, or buying a mattress topper foam, cutting it, and placing that underneath. Unless you really like sitting on and smelling wood…

I was hesitant to order since this is a new product and didn't have any reviews, but for $13 I thought I'd take a chance. I'm trying to prolong the life of an 8 year old Ashley couch, and my husband sits in the same spot every night. These are way thicker/heavy duty than I was expecting and provide excellent support. I half expected flimsy junk, but these are not. Our couch is oversized (sits deep), so I had to get 2 and but was still a better value than the other ones I looked at. Pleased with my purchase.

You could hear the wood crack when my son plopped down too hard. Then, you could feed the sagging and loss of support all over. I didn't want to replace my sofa, it was less than a year old. And I wasn't going to turn it upside down to play wood surgeon.I bought these and immediately it was back to new. They fully support weight and keep the cushions firm. I like it.Slightly pricey.

Great for our couch. It’s 18 years old and was quite saggy in the spots where people often sit. These panels make it firm and it’s feels like a new couch!! Highly recommend. I only gave 4 stars because one mdf panels broke when my son jumped on the couch. He’s 12 and shouldn’t be jumping on the couch - but here we are.
