This light is really nice! It comes in a box with graphics and text. It's not the plain cardboard I have been accustomed to. It has a thick domed glass lens. ((( NOTE ))) There are glass nipples on the face that may require clearance modifications for centering in your housing ring. The reflector has three clip boss features. Their locations required me to modify the retaining features of my housing. The socket for the light it minimal and the boot is snug. The light bulb was okay but I opted for Sylvania Zeon. It looks like a medical exam light when you view it head-on from the front. I used ASIN B07Y5278L5 from AMZ to house this light. It is a nice pairing.I forgot to mention that the internal projection reflector that blocks light rays from directly emitting from the bulb element was skewed to one side and I also felt like it was pointed toward the top too much. I carefully used a tool to reposition it so that it reflects more light forward.

I really like these housings! The glass is crystal clear, and fits in the standard 7 inch mounting bracket. The best thing is you can change the bulb like every other modern headlight on the planet! These come with a replaceable halogen bulb and I opted to install an LED bulb instead, easy to do!

I installed these in a 69 Camaro, replacing a “ tribar” set that just wasn’t cutting it. Slight mods to the headlight buckets were necessary, install was plug and play, and the normal set up/ adjustment at 25’ worked well. These are BRIGHT. Halogens emit well, and if you want to replace with LEDs that is simple too. A good value.
