Hooked up to a commercial ice maker on our counter… works great but was really hard to set up.

This item is great for refrigerators. We cant use sink water in Mexico, so this is a great way to have ice and water using the water containers. Thank you!

Very well packaged. Kit included all needed for connection to a new refrigerator. Does what it says, (no idea whether I'm getting 40psi or 60psi,) but is very loud, even with included soft rubber feet. Draws evenly from pair of 5gal bottles. Placement atop a refrigerator, in a corner, adds 6db of audio gain = twice as loud. All diaphragm pumps like this are loud... this is the price we pay for the ability to self-prime and run dry without damage. I plan to suspend my pump in a sound-deadened wooden box, and enclose that in cabinetry. (I've made my bed, will lay in it :) )

The first one I got had nuts rattling around inside the case. Popping the case revealed the ground screw came loose making it dangerous to operate. I returned it and got a new one.The new one arrived with nothing rattling around inside the case--so I hooked everything up and...after a minute of usage I heard the distinct sound of nuts vibrating loose inside the case.That's 2 out of 2. I'm just going to go to the local hardware store and buy locking washers or loctite and fix it myself. Don't expect quality from this product.

ok first of all this water pumping system is awesomei have it hooked up to a 55-gallon drum filled with water Hehe i am using it for a fish cleaning station sink at our fishing dock at the farm the water is clean drinking water i didn't want to use the pond water because i wasn't sure if perhaps dirt or other debris would clog the pump upi am very pleased with the power of suction with this pump it was very easy to install, and the noise of pump isn't loud i can hear it but it's not noseyalso, if i was to use it with bottled water containers it came with bottle caps to put on the bottles for the hoses this is made for the use of 5-gallon water bottles like you see in offices or other places the plastic ones i am very pleased with this product and i highly recommend it

We have very hard well water so we go through a ton of bottled water in my family. We used to have to lug the 5 gallon bottles up two flights of stairs to fill the dispenser. We decided to try this pump to see if we could leave the bottles in the garage where they're delivered and pump it up to the kitchen.It works fantastically!We tried it with our old dispenser first and the auto shut off was not consistent. We got a new tankless dispenser and it works perfectly. The pump is strong enough to run the water up to the kitchen from the garage. All we needed was a tiny hole to run the hose into the back of the dispenser.Since it works off of two bottles, we don't need to change it as often and we don't have to carry bottles up the stairs. The water runs through the cooler so we still get hot and cold water.
