SpencoRX Comfort Insoles #3 1 Pair

My ortho dr recommended these to cushion my shoes so my knees wouldn't hurt so bad when I walk. I didn't realize how much they really work until I put on my new sneakers today & WOW what a difference! I just ordered a new pair to go in the new shoes. Highly recommend.

its a good basic insole

Even though is the thin insole, it has just enough cushion to mold my feet that fit into my Nick's Boots and White's Boots perfectly with 86% smart wool socks.

These are far too thin to provide comfort. There are many better options between this and a custom orthotic

I like these insoles, they work well and are very durable
