Bare Republic Mineral Tinted Face Sunscreen Lotion SPF 30 (1.7 oz)

Love it! I find this brand is the only one out there that hasn't been making me break out and any chemical sunscreen - including Korean brands- make me break out. This stuff protects from sunburn, the tinted is shear enough for my fair skin to just even things out on a good skin day and not need makeup. It doesn't pill. It dries matte after a few minutes and i am greasy. ANYTHING in a south jersey summer will not keep you completely matte. But for the other 9 mos it works and i am greasy. Also doesn't dry me out. This entire brand is great and I've used their other mineral sunscreens.

I am very sensitive to sunscreen clogging my pores, but am in the sun frequently and always wanting to put something under makeup. This is hands down the BEST face sunscreen for my sensitive skin. I can't even feel it on. It is a different consistency than most face sunscreens- more liquid-y- but in my opinion that makes it blend in much more easily. I have used BARE Republic (the non-tinted) for over a year now and just recently tried the tinted and I love it. I work on a farm on weekends and usually wear nothing other than sunscreen during the days, and this makes me look like I have beautiful skin, almost like a BB cream! Love it!

I love this sunscreen because it works and lacks the SPF chemicals that make my eyes burn. (If I have any other type of sunscreen on for more than a few hours, applying it low on my cheeks/far from my eyes, my eyes always end up burning and THIS stuff doesn't do that.) So if you have sensitive eyes/skin like me, try this.If it feels slick, make sure you've properly shaken up the tube first, then take your time rubbing it in and the oiliness quickly goes away.

Highly rated EWG product. Very light coverage, but I love the powdery finish.

TBH, this lotion took a minute to get used to. It feels different. Like putting baby oil on your face in a way. But then it comes to feel amazing and you crave it. The smell is soft and slightly coconut butter-y. You can't wear this over makeup, it will wash it away. It really does protect me from the sun. But wear a hat, too!

This feels so silky and slick...but not really in a good way. It's unlike any texture/cream I have felt before. It's almost slippery and I feel like I have to set it with powder which is what I don't want to do with just a tinted moisturizer. I still wear it and I like it, but I don't love it because of how slippery it is.

Goes on easy and blends in good on my face and ears. I use it when cycling and haven't gotten any sunburn after at least 25 rides. A bit on the pricey side but works well and better products generally cost more.

I read the reviews and had some hesitations because I have sensitive skin, but I decided to try it anyway. I put it on and it looked white and chalky on my face. I thought maybe it would go away after a bit, but even after an hour it still looked funny. I went in the sun for about 90 minutes, then washed my face. After a few hours I was breaking out. It did protect me from the sun, but it took days for my skin to clear up after the one use. I threw the rest away. It might work well for some people, but I would not recommend this product for anyone with sensitive skin.
