Goes great in coffee. Have used to cure my own maple bacon and really really happy with results. Nice quality item, keeps well with resealable bag.

Yeah, so OK....its too pricey to use everyday in your coffee🤣 but that's not why I purchased it!Pure, beautiful and genuine....all great qualities hey? The aroma is heavenly. This is how sugar SHOULD be......a total taste sensation for cooking and just straight smelling outta the bag🤣

I'm keto, so I avoid sugar, and of all the Xylitol brands I've tried, Bonraw is the best, and the one we now routinely order, so I already knew they're fab, but husband is obsessed with maple syrup so this felt like our stars were aligning!The bag is nice and big, with a grip seal, and as soon as you open the bag you're hit with a rich maple syrup scent - if only I could bottle it. Chortle.The sugar itself is finer than normal granulated sugar, but so. much. nicer.I used it to caramelize some pecan nuts for husband and the smell that filled the house was just extraordinary - it was heavenly.This isn't a keto sugar substitute - it's still a form of sugar, albeit a healthier one, and a nicer one. It really does have a maple syrup element. It's not overpowering, at all - it's just a gorgeous maple hint on the tip of your tongue.To be honest, it's way more expensive that yer average bag of cereal, but I honestly think it's worth the money. We made salted caramel maple pecans from scratch, in like half an hour, and it's all thanks to this gorgeous maple sugar.It made husband so happy, and that makes me happy. Bonraw simply rule.
