I’m very happy with the product.Perfect size and looks great.

Gazebo arrived in two packages weighing 70 and 20 kgs. Unfortunately the large package was damaged in transit, nothing broken, just scratches and scrapes on the parts of the main frame and a blemish on one poly carb roof sheet. The customer support was excellent, they offered to replace all the damaged pieces immediately, I sent pictures of the scratches and asked for the appropriate paint to touch up, also a poly carb roof sheet, which arrived within a week. A very good product, which we sit under even when it raining, would have got five stars if not for the damage in transit.

Build quality is excellent, and go's together snuggly. The roof is very tricky to get right but with a couple of extra hands it can be done. The frame does need to be square before starting the roof otherwise it won't line up, which to me is an indication of the quality and precision of the set up. We had one piece that was incorrect in kit but I contacted the seller and they sent me a replacement. So far no major issues with weather in the 3 weeks it's been built, the curtains do keep disconnecting at the velcro tie backs, so as you can see I've had to improvise as per the photo. Also we normally only have 2 of the sides open but there's no 2ay of holding the curtains back to stop them flapping around in the wind. Over all a very good product with good customer service.

We had some doubts about ordering the gazebo, having read of reported difficulties in erecting it - but we read many times the instructions we downloaded and viewed the YouTube video. In the end, the decision to order was the correct one. The quality and precision of the components was very good; everything arrived in good order and was meticulously labelled. A couple of inquiries to the supplier (Toolport) were dealt with helpfully. We are 80 and 70 years of age respectively and the weather was foul, so we did not rush the project and managed it all without help from others in a few days. Our advice to anyone taking it on would be to apply patience, especially when inserting the poly-carbonate panels which are a bit tricky, being cut very accurately to size. The result is most impressive.

I am really pleased with this gazebo. Positives are that it looks fantastic and I think it will sustain the English climate and at £999 it was £100 cheaper than the house of tents own site, even though it came from there. Negatives are the curtains are made so that you can't have one side closed and the next side tied back but once i got to work with my needle and a bit of extra velcro I quickly overcame that. It also took two of us over ten hours to build (contrary to the instructions which say 2-3) and we missed the bit which tells you to slide the nuts down the bars for the under roof brasing so this caused us a little problem but over all the finished job is very satisfactory.

I love this gazebo, it looks so much better than I expected it to be, so really happy, but one of the panels has a defect, so I am awaiting a new replacement from the sellers a photo has been sent showing the defect so other than that, all looks good. I have written to HouseofTents (Toolport) in Germany, so hopefully they will send one without a line down the middle, which does spoil the look of the roof.

It looks good up and seems sturdy. It took 2 of us 3 days not 3 hours. We found some of the instructions not very clear. And the roof panels difficult to put in place. But now it is up we are sure we will spend lots time using it.

This product is of excellent quality. All pre drilled holes matched and all extrusions were well made with a good cover of paint. I would have given 5 stars but the UK post sales team let it down as I emailed them with a question and still have not had a reply 5 days later.
