Scarred is a retelling of the Lion King.This book has every genre that a book needs: enemies to lovers, dark hero, royalty and of course its spicy!!!The heroine was bold , fierce and such a strong heroine. And then we have our hero the Scarred Prince! Tristan had a tormented childhood because of his brother and he will stop and nothing to end his reign. And guess who is gonna get in his way....🤭I am so happy that I can buy the whole series on amazon! 4 more books to go and all of them are standalones!

This was the retelling of the lion King which I didn't expect. I honestly didn't know which one this would be but I didn't expect the human version of lion King with scar in the main role.But damn it was sooo good. These books read so easily and there is almost constantly something going on which makes it hard to put the book down.And I'll say it again, I love the villain winning. And not them being a villain that turned good, no they're still messed up at the end. That's honestly more real than people suddenly turning good.

Such a great book! One of the better books I've read and also one of the first dark romances! The story was amazing and I liked the subtle references to the lion king. The characters were perfect and the story came together perfectly in the end. I totally recommend this book! The spice was amazing and I enjoyed the MC's development through the book.Remember to check TW before reading since this book is pretty brutal and dark.

Slow burn spicy. Fun fractured fairytale where we root for the Villain to get the girl and the glory. Loved the writing and story. I could do without the (overly) dramatic epilogue.
