Astonishing. Good solid metal product, packed in a well padded box. I'm a high school teacher and I purchased this teleprompter to record video lessons needed for teaching. It helped me a lot.

This is a heavier object and so your tripod needs to be stronger than the average. The angle adjust for the screen is extremely tricky because you have to remove the end caps, and then have a very large hex tool (larger than standard sizes) to reset your angle. Zero instructions for this and the bolt screws seem "impossible" to turn.

The instructions are decent and pretty easy to follow with the exception of how the reflective glass adjusts.First, you'll need to remove the plastic caps and use a 5/16th hex size and REALLY twist left to loosen. At least on my model, for a moment I thought I was going to break something. When it's loosened though it's all good to go from there.Comes in a decent case that's light grey and stands out from other standard black cases. I don't understand how others are breaking this as it's pretty well made in my limited experience with high-end teleprompters and feels solid and very metal. If anything it's too much on the heavy end at 5.57 lbs.

This tele prompter is basically a mirror for your iPad. It's sturdy -- Heavy even. You wouldn't want to put this on a flimsy tripod. It works as advertised and comes with a nice carrying case. It is not cheaply made

Original review below- Seller reached out and apologized, I was going to return the product but will keep it now.- if you purchase this and need to use it the day of, make sure you have a 5/16 hex wrench.- good product other than the tight boltsNo tools included at all - can’t loosen the screws to use the “adjustable” angle.Product won’t work until I can go find a tool to now loosen the ridiculously tight screws on this product.DO NOT BUY - $90 and no $1 tool in order to actually use the product.

The physical product is fine and does what it says it'll do, but I can't give this over one star when the product has a blatant lie in the description. The remoter that makes this teleprompter actually work as you'd need it to only works with one app, and the description clearly says that it's available in the Amazon App store and will work on Fire Tablets - that is false. While the app and remote work fine on my android phone, it is not available for the Amazon tablet that I specifically purchased to pair with this product. By the time I was able to find the time to build out my studio and set this up, the return window for the tablet passed. To the seller: be better - either change your description or add the app to the Amazon store and make it compatible.

The media could not be loaded.  I modified it by adding a taller phone mount and using a black pillow case.The quality is surprisingly amazing - it is heavy so I suggest using a stable tripod. Mine is medium stability and it could use more stability because it can become front heavy depending on how big of screen you use (I used a 10th generation iPad, over 10”). Would love if this was adapted for a phone but now that I put in the work - I’m good to go!
