Stonehenge 5X7 140 Aqua CP Black Pad

There is no doubt that this is a quality paper. I got it to make Christmas cards using Calligraphy and watercolors. It takes water really well but beware when you are drawing your project in pencil and then trying to erase unwanted parts as, even with the kneaded eraser, the paper would show the traces of the eraser because parts of the fibers come off stuck to your eraser no matter how careful you are. I haven't found a way to avoid this other than trying to pencil-draw the less I can which is pretty hard when you are a beginner. I also tried it with metallic watercolors and they look amazing, this is one way to cover the trace of the eraser but when you are doing calligraphy it's not so easy. In general terms, I would recommend this paper with the above -mentioned warning.

This pad measures shorter by 1/4 inch in all directions. As such it was not useable for my project.

This paper is everything I'd hoped for. Truest of black, very sturdy making wet on wet worry free and no buckling even on the edges. Expensive enough to say not for beginners! I'm mediocre so I'll be very stingy with it for a while. Would definitely recommend.
