So... the balloons came in good condition, great bright colors, but upon inflating, only the silver & gold floated. The other colors weren't made of that color mylar, but seemed to be silver mylar thinly coated with a color, making them *just* heavier enough to not float. At a usable rate of 4/14, that makes the set a huge waste of money.

These balloons were flat within 24 hours . Some didn't hold helium at all. Very cheap would never buy again
