Works awesome
Great for bathrooms.No instructions but the installation is self explanatory. On one of the latches the red letter word engage does not show all the way but doesn't affect the message.

Would not buy
Does not function one bit. Dial on inside is terrible and gets stuck. I would not buy. I am returning all of them. No instructions, no function. If you dont care about the vacant/occupied side showing then the latch works fine, but I do not the function of the entire thing to work.

screws for the latch could be longer, easy install, good product for the money

Flawed!
The latch works great. The Vacant/Engaged disk/feature does not. The disk that controls the status does not lock and gets out of alignment when opening and closing the latch.
