Q: Will this fit a 6.5 inch wrist?

It will be pretty loose...my wrist is around 7.5, and it's pretty loose enough to work about 1/4 of the way up my arm, depending on which wrist I'm wearing it on (sometimes I wear it in front of my watch, which makes it stay on the wrist).
