Q: How do I change the grind to a coarser size?

Take the top off the grinder, the knob that is sticking up there, turn it to the right ,clockwise to make the grind fine, and counterclockwise to make it less fine.

Q: There seems to be 2 sizes? A 2x6.7x 5 and a 5x2x3. Whats the difference besides size and price?

what I have is the 5x2x3. I didn't realize it came in two sizes. I like mine just the way it is and love that it does not leave grinded pepper all over the surfaces that it sits on.

Q: Can you grind whole Nutmeg in this?

I don't think you can grind nutmeg in the PepperMate. I have a separate nutmeg grinder that works with pressure from above the nutmeg to grind. The PepperMate is for smaller peppercorns or salt crystals to grind.

Q: How fine of the powder this grinder can grind?

Medium. Between coarse and fine. However if you use bulk coarse ground in this grinder, it will give you a fine grind.
