CandMakCandle Wick Kit - 60 Cotton Wicks with Candle Making Tools (Thick, 8 inches)

Wife uses her candles she gets for gifts and then make new candles with left over wax. She has none of them things you can sit old glass candles in and it melts the wax and gives off scent as well! With the different size wicks she can make different size candles.

I bought these cuz I constantly have candles burning usually all the same scent. It is nice to be able to melt down that last 3/4 of an inch to half an inch that you never burn put it in one candle and reburn the candle.

I melted some candles that didn’t burn down all the way and put in one jar added the wicks and had a whole new candle.

This was my first time candle making and these worked perfectly! I was just melting down miscellaneous votives, pillars and almost finished jar candles and making new ones and I had no problems at all with this product. The only issue I had which I figured out right away was user error. The wicks on the first three wick candle I made went limp when I poured the wax but that was because I poured the hot wax on the wicks. That in turn melted the wax on the wicks so they didn't stand up straight. After that I took care not to pour hot wax down the wicks and they were fine. I can't wait to make more candles with this product!

The product is high quality, all components are exactly as described, and instructions are simple and easy to follow.

Before I get other wiscks together with wax. It was 100% disappointing experience. It was mashruming, was dirty, just yacky. Now I am very satisfying with both size. Clean burning to last drops. Have to get them again.

Does the job but smells like chemical if you are looking to make natural candles.

The pegs to hold the wicks are not as useful as the "ice cream sticks" that others use
