Great Read
Wonderful read for anyone whether they be sober curious, know someone with an alcohol problem, have been sober for a long time, or you're just getting started.I also love that the story is written by a woman and her experiences. The book was very relatable, helped me change my mindset about being sober, and was a quick, easy, fun, and knowledgable read!

Finally a book that resonated with me!
I've flited around with the idea of sobriety for a while, trying and then failing in a vicious circle. Finally I decided enough was enough and made the decision to cut down with the hope of eventually been fully sober. I'm by no means an alcoholic, but I acknowledged that I was going down a path that had one outcome. This book is brilliant. It's not "in your face, here are the facts and if you don't abide by my advice you will die!" - it's heartfelt, raw, funny and eye-opening.Anyone sober curious, maybe needs a kick up the bum or just wants to read something different, this is the one!

A really, very good book!
Everything is in there, about the often extreme consequences of alcohol and what he does with us. Okay, Catherine is deep in addiction. One thing is for sure the book can help in any way, no matter what level you are on. Logically you have to go your own way, then. She writes really well about the denial, the inner voice, breaking all bridges and much more. Her writing style is brilliant, honest, you will be taken. However, she leaves you free and tells her story and experiences. With the book by Allen Carr a must read. So, of course, if you are looking for freedom from alcohol, or you have to look for it. Thanks a lot Catherine Gray
