First hand warmer Jomst 7800 would not turn on. Replacement would not turn on. This time Replacement brand Vansky would not turn on so I returned for refund.. Also Zerhunt. Ocoopa. Heiha. Are All identical in every respect. This hand warmer product is being marketed under 5 different names. All same. All Chinese. All junk

Both my wife and I have needed this warmer recently. It gets warm quickly and we’ve used it for 3-4 hours each time. It still had plenty of battery left. It doesn’t come with a usb charger but we have a bunch from our phones and various devices. I think I will buy a second warmer so I can have one in each pocket. I like to keep it on the hottest setting and just put my hand in my pocket to warm my hand. I didn’t buy it for the power pack feature but already needed to use it to charge my iPhone while out hiking and ran my battery down! I can’t wait for ice fishing season to use this thing!

3 different descriptions... all incorrect. The photos show one it will last 6-10, description says something else, box says something else, reality is it only last about 3.5 hours. The only reason I bought this one is because it claims to last up to 10 hours.Update: Excellent customer service. A representative reached out to my things right. Also, explained that 10 hours is the stand by time. I believe this was an error due to a language barrier and they agreed to update the listing. In addition, the warmer heats very quickly compared to others I’ve had. I recommend this product and company.

The media could not be loaded.  This little guy is awesome, specially for freezing temps.I purchased this one because it was more powerful than other brands in the market and I do NOT regret it.It keeps my hands warm when temperatures are dropping below the 30’s and it really works.All I do is that I put it in my jacket pocket and even with gloves I can feel the warm heat this genius instrument produces.It does NOT burn your skin or hands, even that is more powerful than other ones, you can control the heat you want since it has 3 temperature options.I have small hands and I can hold it with no problem, is a little bigger than the 5200mAh but still great and my husband liked it a lot since he has big hands and it covers the whole palm of his hand.I love that you can just charge it and not worry about purchasing expensive batteries.I got one for my boss and one for myself, will be getting a 3rd one for my husband since he works outdoors sometimes.

Copy and paste product. Theres 3 other products on amazon that are exactly the same as this just different logos. I assume they're from China and made in bulk to sell to random companies just like they do with pc chairs.

If you've ever used those shake-up chemical hand warmers you know how nice it is to have a little extra heat during the winter months. When I came across this product I knew I had to give it a try. If nothing else, for the sake of not having to repurchase only to throw away the one-use pouches. I love how you can charge this little guy up over and over.There are three different settings of heat, I find myself using the highest regularly and it does fine. The fact that it doubles as a phone charger is neat, although I typically only use it for heating. It is nice to know the option is there. I also own one of the new Samsung phones which takes USB-C and I love that this has both micro-USB and USB charging options! There's a lot of charger/hand warmers out there and I think for the most part they are pretty similar but this one fits my needs.

I love the hand warmer because it really helps my cold hands which are caused by a medication I take. In the winter I am miserable when my hands are like ice and there is little I can do to fix the problem. Hand warmer to the rescue. I found that the very lowest temperature was plenty of warmth to "melt" my frigid fingertips. It is easy to hold and because it heats on both sides, both hands can be warmed at the same time. My only complaint is the the little drawstring pouch. It is too small---the hand warmer has to be forced into the pouch and then it's really difficult to remove.

Right out of the box, the product wouldn’t charge for more than a few minutes without stopping. I disconnected it, then re- connected and it continued to charge for a few more minutes before stopping. I figured maybe the battery was full (it wasn’t). When I turned it on, it heated up quickly and would get plenty warm, however it was short lived because the warmer will not charge. When I plugged it back in, the same story. It will charge for a few minutes then stop. I’ve emailed the seller to see about getting a replacement and will update this review if I hear from them. As of now, I’d say to stay away from this and go with a different hand warmer.UPDATE: The seller replied to my email, and within two days I had a replacement. I can’t knock that kind of service. I’ve updated my rating to reflect the prompt response of the seller, and their willingness to stand behind the product.
