Quick, easy and out the door.
Great protein and taste for a quick nutrition in the morning. Sometimes for my 10 am break or instead of lunch.

Best - to me - so far
I have tried numerous brands and even other Atkins flavored "shakes" and these are the only ones I like. They have the least chemical aftertaste. For comparable products that also have fiber, protein, and added nutrients with no added sugars. Obviously, tastes vary.

Atkins has always been high quality
I have used the Atkins products back since Dr Atkins was still alive. Thwy have kept the high quality all of these years.These are not cheap, but none are. These are cheaper tha. The bulk prices atmy local Target.As for there only being 4, as some complained, the pictures clearly show it is a four pack.
