I am amazed at how good these make me feel!! Right away I noticed like the next day. I will buy these for as long as they keep making them. Very easy to swallow and delicious to chew I absolutely love them. Worth the price, I have autoimmune issues with a lot of body pain and most of the time very low energy. After 10 days my body feels so much better and food sensitivity is going away. Thank you Dave Osprey for having the Dr. on your show that tirelessly worked to bring them to the market.

I ordered a sample pack of each, to see if I preferred one over the other. I chewed one from each pack. The taste of the all was fine, so now I will have to decide which to order first. I did find that the food bits got stuck in my teeth upon chewing (similar to when eating licorice or gummy candies), so I will more than likely swallow them with water. Looking forward to increased energy. Will follow up at a later date, with results.

First of all I chewed them and they tasted gross and have a fishy aftertaste, plus they temporarily stained my teeth. I have swallowed them since and have had no issues. I think I need more time to say whether or not they are effective.

The tablets are small so it's easy to take as many as you want. I am taking 15 in the morning and 15 in the afternoon.The nice smooth energy was easy for me to notice since I have issues with fatigue. These tablets gave me a nice sustainable energy all day. It was great. I just started taking them. I'm looking forward to the mitochondria benefits and improvements that I may see in a month or so.

On days I don’t take them I can definitely feel the difference. I have Narcolepsy with Cataplexy so I’m always looking for healthy ways to not feel so tired. The energy bits have been helping me to not feel so groggy. Only negative side is the pricing.

CAREFUL - TRY ONLY 1 PILL to start - DON'T TAKE 10-30!!! These are very very strong & shocked they say to take 10-30 at a time?!!?! 1 pill made me very jittery & it did suppress my appetite. Will be doing 1/2 next time & take at different times if the day. So worried about people reading these instructions...please be careful!!!

Just got these but so far I feel a nice amount of energy. I will take them daily for the whole month and update the post then. They are very easy to swallow because they are so small. They have a earthy taste but only when you chew them.
