Body-Solid 8" Olympic Adapter Sleeve

I attempted to apply this and the set screw did not secure the adapter. I screwed it in tighter and the plastic just shredded and stripped the threads making it useless.Do not buy this.

They do fit nicely but the set screw and material are super cheap, the set screw does not even work.... it just strips the plastic as you tighten. I’m only giving it 2 stars and not 1 because it seems to stay on the bar for now.

Entirely made out of plastic, will not 'clamp on to your bar at all with the plastic screw. Constantly just falls off when taking weights off the machine.

It works, plastic body with set screw to hold it in place concerns me for durability but time will tell

Like everyone else says. Cheap plastic. bends under weight, so plates stick. End caps pop off (or the whole thing does).

Not super sturdy but good enough for the money. Cap is a little loose

Fits great. Works like it should.
