10/10. Bought one for myself to test, loved it, then got my mom one a couple days later. I bought this because I love swimming but hate the time it takes to dry my hair afterward. Didn’t trust the other brands and was so happy to find one that catered to Black/POC women and our hair. It’s stylish for a swim cap. I used this cap every day for about 3 weeks (chlorinated pool, ocean, and saltwater pool), each time fully submerging my head and swimming regularly. I have butt-length medium box braids which all fit comfortably inside the cap with room to spare. I wrapped the braids around my head then put the cap on - I also wore with my hair in a bun a couple times under the cap but it wasn’t my favorite. I appreciated the tight band (it wasn’t painful) because it kept the cap secure. I recommend measuring the circumference of your head and going by that, you definitely want the band to be 1-2 inches smaller. It’s very durable and I didn’t experience any tearing or other malfunction. It does get warm in the cap, sometimes sweat from inside the cap feels like water seeping in but it isn’t.Tips: pull cap down completely over your ears and about 1-2 inches below hairline for a watertight seal. Make sure your skin is clean and dry without make-up, sweat, hair product runoff, etc. otherwise the band will slip. I found that sweat from inside the cap did NOT cause slippage IF you put the cap on before that startsI also use this in the shower and for deep conditioning. It’s easy to wash and dries quickly.

Got this swim cap in Medium size for my 10 year old daughter. She says it is comfortable and she was glad to use it. She didn't have braids on but I see that there is lots of space to accommodate braids when next she has it. She says it stayed put on her head unlike her other swim cap which kept falling off, and this one kept her hair dry for the most part - just the edges were a bit moist, as can be expected. She didn't need to shampoo her hair during her shower which saved lots of time. Overall, I'm glad we got this after a long search for swim caps.

I’m just a black girl that uses this to protect my styles when I shower. It’s amazing. I can wash my face without getting soap under the cap at all!! My hair always survives. So, if you’re an actual swimmer, I think would be a good option and it does in fact fit large hair.

My first time buying this cap and it worked really well. MY edges got a little water, but my main part of my hair did not get wet. Really impressed with this cap. I can see why there is so much hype about it. Will order again.

This swim cap is good enough for my hair. As long as I don’t go deep under water than my hair won’t get wet. If I do my a backstroke my hair won’t get wet, but if I try to do breaststroke or freestyle my hair will be soaked. Just made sure you wear a wig cap or a shower cap under the swim cap!

I have tried several swim caps over the years. This is the best one thus far. You can sumerge yourself under water and your hair is 98% dry. It’s usually the back where water seeps in but no soak

I bought an XL because it was on sale but I could have gotten a smaller size, but these fits great. I'm taking swim lessons and it has kept my hair dry.

This product is exactly as it is described! It's a quality swimming cap and provides you with a variety sizing options to choose from. I have 36" locks in my hair and was able to fit every piece into the XX-Large swimming cap. The material is a stretchy rubber and will do that trick. Iam unable to comment on whether or not it will keep your hair wet under water, as I didn't not try to swim underwater. However, it served my intended purpose for it to keep my hair dry while relaxing in the pool. It may require some maneuvering to put on. It's a good memory though, haha. I highly recommend this product.

Bonnet facile à mettre et qui ne serre pas. Ma fille a les cheveux longs jusqu en bas du dos et elle arrive à le mettre sans difficulté.

Parfait pour mes cheveux afro... pour ne pas avoir les cheveux mouillés il faut vraiment faire partir l'air ainsi le bonnet est serré. Il protège bien les oreilles.

I have dreadlocks, I bought an XXL and was much too big, so order XL too.It is much smaller than XXL, so a bit to small what I expected.No to keep well as a lot of water is leaking inside and my hair are totally wet after 1 hr of intensive swimming.
