I ordered an XL and it is skin tight and fits above my belt line

Size isn’t correct
I’m 6 foot 1 and 240 pounds. When the XL Coast Guard shirt arrived, I tried it on to find that the shirt stops above my waist and it’s skin tight to my body. Tag says it’s from Mexico, I assume it’s made to fit short hispanic individuals then.
