Appears to be a good quality padlock. It's not been outside so not sure about weather resistance but it does appear to look the business.This is a chunky padlock. I made the mistake of not checking the clasp diameter first. Result padlock clasp too big. Second smaller padlock ordered from same company, arrived next day.

I had ordered a yale padlock, then found out it could be forced in 6 seconds. So cancelled and got this instead which could withstand 20 mins of abuse.

To deter most thieves what matters is size, and this fits the bill on that, it's a fairly large chunky lock with a thick shackle and double ball bearing locking mechanism. It has a disk detainer core, which requires a special tool to pick making it a little more secure.Good bits over. The lock is sealed, so no replacing parts. The core has a limited number of plates. Plastic is less good than solid steel.Overall there have been some corners cut a little but that is reflected in the low price. Chances are it will do the job providing what you are locking up is sturdy enough. Remember that a lock is a deterrent first and a delaying mechanism second. No lock will keep thieves out forever.

Fantastic outdoor padlock. Solid build and worth every penny. I have no hesitation recommending this padlock.
