These won't take the place of dark chocolate for me, but in a pinch when there's nothing in the house I will eat them. I felt like there were a lot of shells/ woody pieces.They are good for shakes but not snacking!

These nibs were merely adequate. I did not like them nearly as well as the ones I normally use.

Great price and so good on raw vegan desserts!
