Q: If I use a coupling female of 1/2 to screw in to the inlet, instead of solder, this with leak ??? Line inside wall is 1/4, thats way the coupling.

I believe the threaded outer diameter is a straight 1/2 (not a pipe taper) as is common on faucets. Most hardware or big box stores with have a flex hose that connects that thread to a 1/4 compression coupling. A 1/2 NPT coupling will leak because the ice maker box side is not NPT.

Yes, you'll need torch, flux and solder. This ice maker box has a brass 1/2" inside diameter inlet to sweat 1/2" outside diameter copper pipe to.
