BarianiExtra Virgin Olive Oil (Case of 6- 16.9oz Bottles)

This olive oil is a favorite in our house for everything from cooking to any raw use where flavor is important. I ordered this at least 3 times. It has a full flavor that isn't to floral. One of the main reasons we like this oil besides flavor is how it is produced. Olive oil's flavor and health properties are very delicate, so its production affects the flavor and health benefits.Bariani cold extracts the oil from the crushed olives and the oil remains unfiltered and is packed in a dark glass bottle. Since heat and light break down olive oil and filtering removes some antioxidants the production process seems to be pretty good. Also, unfiltered oil *apparently* has a longer shelf life, although I cant say empirically since ours is consumed pretty quickly.

I've done my research and, in my opinion, this is the best olive oil out there. I've been buying it, a case at a time, for years now and will continue to do so. This is the real deal!

I used to purchase this olive oil when I lived in San Francisco. It's been a favorite of mine, and I now order it online since moving to the East coast.

This is a great olive oil. It is good for cooking, and also terrific on a salad or bread. The price is reasonable, and I like not having to pay postage.
