I Ordered and paid for two cases: a total 12 cartons of 18 pods each. Have received 4, in two separate shipments. I am owed 8 cartons, Amazon can't tell the difference between a case of six cartons of 18 pods each, and a carton. Just about impossible to explain this to them.

Really good! Very smooth coffee! I've repurchased it many times.
