It rings rings like an old bike bell. Suoer cute. It is metal and when tightening it will/ cratch you handle bar. I am keeping it on forever so I did not might.

This is so cute and has a quality ring. Since it's for children, the clamp was too small for my adult bike, but I rigged it with wire. Will look for longer screws next time I'm at the hardware so it can fit over adult size bike bar better.

Only chimes in one direction?
Had to mount it next to the hand break for my 2yo’s first woom bike because the thumb chime only works in one direction as far as I can tell, would have preferred installing on opposite handlebar. The clamp is metal and I’m worried it’s going to scratch the finish on his handlebar and wish it came lined with something grippy and soft to prevent that. Otherwise cute though!

Garbage
If I could give it a zero I would. This item arrived broken so we had to fix it because my granddaughter was so excited to get it. It lasted about a week and quit working. Don’t waste your money your kids will be disappointed
