If you are looking to cut back on calories by eating less, this product works well. I haven't seen that it really blocks fat, etc. If you get moving and exercise you will lose anyway but cutting back on portions and making better choices might get me there faster. My husband and I like this product for it's ability to cut our appetites without any side effects, allowing us to stick to a little more restrictive diet. Although we not cutting fats from our diet, electing to use olive, coconut, sunflower oil, animal fat and organic butter, we are cutting back on most carbohydrates - bread (gluten or non gluten), rice (any kind), corn or most all starchy vegetables and sugar (any kind). But, every third day we allow a carb day for one meal. This is hard for us and as I said we are "cutting back" as we are finding less is better but who wants to live completely without the things you love? Never say never.

I started taking this after we started a weight loss contest at work - and continued taking it during a "maintain don't gain" during the holidays. I've not changed much about my holiday eating habits (if anything) and I've maintained a 2-pound window from where I started. Don't know about any miracle claims or anything any tv doctor says - but for me, it's working to help me maintain. During the holidays my exercise has dropped to almost none...still bouncing around that 2-pound window above and below my baseline.

The transaction was smooth and quick. I have been using this product for 2 weeks now and do notice how it curbs the appetite. This seems to be my biggest pitfall, so I am excited to keep on using the product for continued results. I like that the Garcinia Cambogia is natural and not synthetic. I would recommend this product.

these worked pretty good i lost with one bottle about 15 lbs in 30 days. its good for burning those last 20lbs that just wont go away. I took two a day with atleast 94 oz of water. that is critical to drink your proper water amount to achieve with this supplement. i had no personal side effects but a little boost of energy. i took atleast 20 min before heading to the gym

I bought 5 bottles of this about 5 months ago. Quite cheap compared to Naturewise (the no.1 best seller). But, such a waste of money. I consumed 2 bottles with no results. It did not curb my appetite or whatever it claimed in the ads. I sold 3 bottles and my customer was so disappointed as well. I'll never buy again from this manufacturer or seller.

I watched the Dr Oz show about Garcinia Cambogia and he advised to take this 30 minutes to 1 hour before your meal and take it with potassium. It should be at least 50% HCA with no fillers or binders or artificial ingredients. So this product fits the bill. I take a capsule with 100mg of potassium before my breakfast and lunch (two heaviest meals of the day) and it really works to curb my appatite. I normally don't weigh myself but I can tell how my clothes fit and I am loosing weight. I believe this is a good product and does work.
