I tried this blue tooth because of the good reviews, but I'm not a happy customer (I ultimately returned it). The headphone itself often slipped out of my ear hole (even with different size ear buds), which meant I'd have to re-insert it into my ear. However, the call disconnect "button" is an area at the base of the headphone, so everytime I'd try to adjust it, I'd end up ending the call. There's no raised button to end calls, it's just an area at the bottom of the headphone, so I'd hit it all the time. Extremely annoying. I'd much rather have a physical button or indentation of some sort so that I can feel where I shouldn't actually press.

Too much background noise and item cut out when driving under power lines. Sometimes I had to turn off/on the unit multiple times for it to connect properly. It isn't the phone, since it is new and not having any issue connecting to anything else.I missed the return date by 1 day. I ended up ordering something different.But I guess the old saying is correct...

This was comfortable and easy to pair. Unfortunately, no one could ever hear me if I was not in a completely quiet place. It has terrible noise cancelling abilities.

Works well. Not the most comfortable /flexible fit, but I've never had an earpiece before. The buttons are easy to accidentally push while adjusting, or brushing back hair, which can annoyingly end calls. Range is great, can go rooms away from phone in house. Good call quality for me and ppl on other end, who report minimal background noise.

Touching it to turn it off is tricky. Sound is okay. I use it mainly for audiobooks. No comment on its phone talk. I've not used it for that.

Hard to use. Could not get it to stop using Chinese language.
