I used this for my hot water heater drain valve that started dripping. My hot water heater is only five years old and I didn’t want to replace the whole heater for a dripping drain valve. This six dollar item saved me thousands. My hot water heater works perfectly fine and now no longer drips.

I got this as a replacement for my humidifier since the other original one got misplaced. I bought this to keep the water from dripping out. Nothing including plumbing tape kept it from leaking. Don’t buy this if you need it to keep your project from leaking water.

No the same as you guys show in the picture, the reason i bought this item was that its look similar for what I need.When open the package everything was different color and form so now i have to look for another that matches for what i need
