As per other reviews (and Amazon measurement suggestions) we ordered a medium for my husband who usually wears a large in regular shirts and dress shirts. Not only is this a perfect length for his workplace (rehabilitation), but the fabric is sturdy and the cut/design of the jacket overall fits him much better than other coats (the shoulder/back design is more fitted). The pockets and pen holders are prolific. The fabric is also thick enough that you usually can't tell what work shirt pattern he is wearing underneath it. Looks very professional, irons fast, never shrinks when washed, and comes off easy (snap closures instead of buttons). If we need to order more this is the one we will always order. His coworkers also like it.

Great looking coat that feels good to wear. The fabric has a little bit of stretch that makes it very comfortable.

good jacket i wear a 44r and i ordered a medium. it fits perfect, little snug (not tight). i am 6 foot 185lbs might help some choose a size.i should say more like a fitted fit. i work retail pharmacy and good all around white coat.tired of looking like a butcher, most coats are unisize and huge. makes for a sloppy fit.this jacket a med. for me as a fit 6 foot tall male is a very good neat fit.i almost always have shirts and coats altered, this coat for me perfect no alteration.that said 44R is closer to a large so i would say jackets run a little large.but any male 5 10 to 6 2 165 to 185 could use a med. and would have a good fit.

I'm currently in my first year of rotations, and I was worried it was going to be too long for a short white coat. it is longer than ideal, but it is clearly a short white coat for clinicals. the material is neat because it stretches. Idk if that adds anything, but it is neat. It looks very sharp, has a good amouny of products that fit anything "white coat sized" which is the width of an A5 notebook. it's got some loops for pens/penlights/reflex hammers which are a good thought, but ultimately useless. the smaller pockets fit an iphone 5. I wish the material was cooler, as I tend to get very warm, but i'm not sure realistically how much cooler wearing a coat inside can get. overall I like it and would recommend it to others. my roommate is jealous that it looks better than his.

The only lab coat i have ever owned, however it is by no means slim fitting. I wear a mens medium so i ordered a medium and it might as well be a large in T-shirt size. The material seems fine, I dont know what other ones feel like so it is hard to compare.I wish the sizing had just been more accurate.

I really like the way that this coat fits. Size chart is very accurate. I really like the buttons, they are snap. The material also has some stretch, and is very breathable. The best part is that it’s not overly long!

Fit as expected. Nice and light especially for the upcoming summer weather. I deducted one star because I'm not a fan of the snapping gray button.

This lab coat was purchased as a gift for a man who is rather short. This fit well and was true to the same size he wears in shirts. The tapered sleeves and tapered fit made it much less bulky than some other lab coats. It wasn't clear in the picture or in the description whether this coat had buttons or snaps. It has snaps and that is a plus. It appears to be well made in spite of being more lightweight than many other lab coats. So would appear that it is possible to get something cooler-- yet good-quality. Very pleased with this product.
