GREAT VALUE BBQ - ONE TIP ON ASSEMBLY
I got the 3 burner version but my comments probably also apply to the 2 and 4 burner versions. This BBQ lights well, is easy to control and cooks evenly. It also has a good system for catching the hot fat dripping onto a tray and a cup below that. Both are very easy to detach for cleaning.ONE TIP ON ASSEMBLY.... This BBQ is quite easy to assemble compared to some from the far east that I have made up. For example there are only 4 bolts that actually have nuts, for the rest there are prepared threaded holes which significantly reduces hassle and the number of small parts. But the instructions are not exactly clear on where the legs should be fitted in the vertical direction. Note that all 4 legs do not go up to meet the bottom of the side trays, as you might assume, but lower than that leaving a 42mm gap to the tray. See attached photo of a rear leg that was supplied by the excellent Dellonda customer services team.I can thoroughly recommend this great value BBQ for anyone prepared to do a bit of assembly.

solid 2-burner grill, happy with purchase
After quite a bit of research, both in local shops and online, settled on the Dellonda 2-burner. We definitely wanted a 2-burner (just the two of us, the days of bar-b-q parties for soccer teams are long behind us), and did not want the extra burner thing in the tray, which is all that was available in local stores. Looked hard at the Charbroils and a couple of other brands, but the combination of lower price, quick delivery, good reviews (although only 12 reviews, but it's a new company), good customer service, and a UK company worked to win the day for Dellonda. Assembly was a concern, esp with some of the reviews (but this was also a purchase factor - many other lower priced units had horrendous assembly reviews). Made sure I had plenty of time, an open floor and light. Unpacking took some time, especially with almost every part in it's own plastic bag - which are supposedly recyclable (fortunately). It's only the polystyrene/styrofoam that is not recyclable in our area (Yorkshire) - it is marked with the triangle and "6", and may be accepted in other areas. But, unfortuantely headed for the landfill here. Laid out all the parts, read through the instructions (only 15 steps), then dug in. All in all, it was a very well designed, minimal fuss assembly. Two well thought out touches from the designers of this grill were really appreciated:- all small parts (bolts, cotter pin, wheel washer, etc) were well marked in a blister pack with easy to open paperboard backing - and Dellonda included an extra part for most (ie 11 bolts, when only 10 required)- embedded nuts for everything that attached to main body - much easier to just insert the bolt and screw it in, vice mucking around with holding a nut on the other side as well. Leg attachment was the only slightly confusing part, and had to adjust the tray to get proper access to the embedded nuts. Suggest not fully tightening the tray and legs until the front panel and bottom tray are fully attached, then tighten everything. Also, had to add a washer (not provided) from my odds/sods box to the top bolt of the back legs, as the pre-made hole in each leg was oval shaped, and the bolt head started to pop through upon tightening. In the end, taking it slow, guess it was about 1.5hrs total unpack/assembly. Grilled a couple of burgers an hour after assembly, some onion slices and toasted the buns - very nice. As with any grill, will take a little time to learn the hot spots, but that's part of the gig.all in all - very happy with our purchase.

Once assembled barbecues well
When we first bought this barbecue, it arrived with a part missing. Fortunately, we were able to adapt. It’s very tricky, time consuming and frustrating to assemble. Eventually, we were able to put it together. In the end, It was well worth the effort. The Dellonda 2 Burner Gas BBQ, did what we were hoping it would do, light up quickly and barbecue the food. It barbecues to perfection. The food cooks evenly and is simply delicious. All those frustrating hours of trying to put it together, was well worth it. We recommend this barbecue, but not for those with little patience.

Difficult to put to gether, instructions not good.
It was difficult to put together, with instructions not providing the easiest for a one man construction. Also bought the cover which is very light weight and constantly blown away by the slightest of winds. Overall disappointed.

Brilliant piece of kit - brilliant seller - make sure you plan the assembly before diving into it!
I was very glad I read all the reviews before building this item.As everyone had mentioned the challenges with assembly, myself (50 year old male) and my daughter (11) spent a long and calm time firstly checking everything was there (it was) and secondly, planning the actual assembly section by section (which was wise). As a result, we had no pieces over and none missing, as well as a sturdy BBQ which we've used three times already since purchase. There were a couple of issues - like some others, the ignitor wasn't working but the seller shipped a replacement so that was resolved. Also, as others experienced, there were a couple of dents and a small but noticeable scratch - the seller very kindly offered a small but appreciated partial refund to account for that, given that I really was not keen to take the completed product apart and build a whole new one!As a committed charcoal bbq'er, I have always sworn I would never, never, EVER, go gas. Now that I have, I'm wowed by the convenience, but still miss the fun! The ability to control the heat level is really good though. Gas cylinder refill agreements though - that's a *whole* new world of pain! Thanks Dellonda - here's to many happy years of using this great product.

Return of faulty goods
The barbecue was impossible to put together as the grill side panels were to bent to allow the side trays to be attached with the bolts provided. Other parts of the grill were also damaged. A return was agreed but the postage label emailed to me did not include postage - this I paid myself but the refund later issued did not include this cost. As the return was for damaged goods I have requested payment for this - I wait to hear.
