Excellent product with great build quality.

The hose started leaking and is not usable anymore. The connector sizes are non-standard and on top of that they refuse to provide any support for spare parts. So that means that even if a small part is damaged the entire machine is useless!Do not buy this!

Pros-1700W universal motor provides sufficient power for most cleaning tasks.Hose pipe was of decent quality and didn't leak during use.10m working radius is sufficient for me to move around without constantly needing to relocate the washer.No overheating issue for me( Used non stop for +/- 30 mins) even under direct sunlight.Cons-Noise Level- While it was not excessively loud, However, It could be bothersome during prolonged use.Build quality could have been improved.The point where we connect water hose to gun, It is not durable, As it tightens after few uses and in fear of not fitting back in I have not remove the hose pipe from gun, Had come across a review before purchasing where the hosepipe is not getting connected after few uses ( Might be True-As I have not removed it in fear of not fixing it back ).Overall apart from the hose pipe issue worthwhile choice for light to medium cleaning tasks.May vary depending on use cases.Update-Hose pipe to gun connection issue is due to hardness of water. lifelong india only provide warranty for motor. if anything not work even for switch or extension accessories , then they play a game.1. first act as they car about product.2. they gather photo and videos about the product.3. they will assign an agent to pick the product4. That agent will assign a local agent.5. after picked up they ask bank details.6. if we submit they will initiate refund with 7 working days deadline which will never credit.7. i repeat that refund never credit in your account.8. again if you raise any complaint they will say product is under verification and wait for 24 to 48 hours.9. after 40 days also they will say same .so please don't encourage these type of fraudsters.

A great product from Lifelong. Initially I was very sceptical whether to go head with the purchase or not. But after reading through the reviews my questions got clarified and I went for it.Just did finished my 1st usage. The task was cleaning the compound wall before beginning the wall painting. To my surprise the powerful water pressure from this product made life very easy. Pretty happy with the product. The only area of improvement would be the noise level. I truly recommend this product for a perfect car wash and house hold cleaning - exterior parts, windows etc.
