Buckle broke, company was great at responding and sent out a replacement watch. Now works perfectly. Encourages my daughter to be more active.

Bought this for my 9 year old daughter, it now won’t charge and as a result it’s not getting used.

At first I thought this watch was great until we had to charge it and realised you have to take the strap off to charge it which is really stiff and difficult to do. You have to wiggle it off slowly. The watch charge bit snapped off inside the strap after a few weeks. I have to say the seller has been brilliant, they sent us a replacement watch straight away. Which again was fine for a while until the charge bit snapped off again inside the strap. This time it wasn’t when taking it off, it just happened whilst she was wearing it. She was gutted. It is a huge design flaw with the watch and very flimsy and not fit for purpose, especially being a kids watch. The seller has kindly refunded half which I will put towards a different watch that has a charge bit at the back of the watch instead.Unfortunately I do not recommend this watch and will not buy again.

Does anyone know how to get hold of the seller I bought this watch for my daughter as a Christmas present and it's only been charged a few time gone to charged it and it has snapped inside the strap thank you

Working well then started flickering and stopped working altogether

Bought October for xmas present so says passed return date doesn't work at all ,won't connect to the app or do anything. One very upset little girl. Plus don't know how to contact the seller

Brilliant watch, battery life brilliant good watch. Sadly my daughters snapped today while in class and she is gutted. And I am trying to get hold of the seller but but can find the seller info so sorry i am hopeless with technology. As I am wondering if anyone could guide me into where I can contact the seller. Thank in advanced.

Bought 2 of theses as xmas gifts both have broken in a few weeks very hard to charge as you have to pull the strap off to charge them as shown in picture both of them have snapped don't waste your money 🤬

Se lo compré a mi hija hace 7 meses y estaba muy contenta con el reloj.Siempre ha funcionado muy bien, hasta que ayer se le partió por la zona donde se carga, así que adiós al reloj, que no le ha durado ni un año. No sé si tendrá garantía o no, pero menuda desilusión que se ha llevado.

Ich habe diese Uhr im April gekauft und eine Reklamation ging nur bis Ende Mai. Nun sind wir bei Sngang Juni und die eine Seite der Uhr wo man sie in den Aufladestecker steckt ist schon abgebrochen. Umtausch ausgeschlossen. Na herzlichen Glückwunsch. Bloßnicht kaufen.
