Beeswax is original
The beeswax looks good and trustable. When mixed with oils and essential oils, it formed a nice consistent of cream. We also used it for sealing wood in shiitake mushroom logs

Not real beeswax.
Doesn't look like beeswax. Doesn't smell like beeswax. Doesn't feel like beeswax. It's not pure beeswax. This is at least 50 per cent some kind of parasoy blend and the amount of beeswax in it is negligible. Firstly beeswax is a deep yellow or brownish yellow, this is a lemon-yellow. Secondly beeswax has a pleasant natural sweet honey-like smell, this stuff smells like crayons, and even beeswax that's been bleached white still retains some of that smell. Thirdly, beeswax is quite hard, this stuff feels softer and leaves a smelly greasy residue on your finger from even a slight touch. Since it's obviously not pure beeswax I can't use it for any painting medium or varnishing, and likewise isn't safe for creams and beauty products like lip balms either. This can only be used for a candle, and even then it could possibly give off toxic fumes like any other parrafin candle and wouldn't have the air-filtering and ionising benefits of a pure beeswax candle.

You get what is pictured
I have ordered four beeswax items from different sellers, and this is the first seller hat sent me yellow beeswax as opposed to filtered adulterated paraffin or soy blends. I will buy from them again.

A disgrace to beeswax
If I could give this 0 stars I would. This is absolutely not pure bees wax. It resembles the smell of paraffin wax . I am thoroughly disappointed and will be returning.
