Lee Men's Loose Fit Straight Leg Carpenter Jean

These jeans look great to me and I like the functionality of the side pocket. I’ve had these for several months and always enjoy wearing them. I’ve had no problems with the material or build quality and they come out of the washer and dryer just fine. These are great for a moderately priced pair of denim. Lee makes a good product and they fit as described. I really like them!

Just received my first pair of Lee Men's Carpenter Jeans. Received in original plastic wrap undamaged. Tried them on and the waist fits. The leg lengths matched and were good to label size. Inspected the seams and zipper and found no defects. I like the lightweight look of the material. These are to be outdoor work pants and I think they will stand up to rough, dirty wear. As for standing up to frequent washings, well that will be the final test. Price was reasonable so I ordered another pair of these jeans.

I’ve only bought Lee carpenter jeans for many years. I love the fit and utility of the all the pockets; the right leg pocket is perfect for holding my phone without danger of me sitting on it. The fabric material has gotten a bit cheaper and thinner over the years but still durable enough. But the butt seams and around the back pockets wear out first in the last few pairs I’ve bought (-1 star for cheaper seams or fabric too thin in the butt). I’ve never had a problem with colour fading or shrinkage when washing on cold or warm temperatures. But they have become harder to find in stores. Hopefully I’ll always be able to buy them online!

Good fitting

Overall this is a good pair of jeans. They look nice and fit pretty good. The length is perfect. They fit somewhat loose and are comfortable. The waist is a little looser than I thought. I kind of thought the might shrink a little when washed but the waist seems to have gotten larger after washing. I can wear them but have to use a belt otherwise they will slide down. I like them even though I have to use a belt.
