I’ve been wanting a decent carving knife for so long then bit the bullet and brought this one.What a luxury cutting through the meat joints with such ease and comfort, so ergonomically good in the hand.Worth every penny I paid, well they do say you get what you pay for and this knife is pure quality.

I needed to replace several worn-out bread knives as none can cope with my homemade sourdough loaves! This isn't to say the loaves are rubbish - just the knives. This Paudin breadknife is a lovely-looking piece of kit that is exceptionally well-balanced and finished to a high standard. It's very sharp and thankfully comes with a protective sheath which is essential when the knife is being stored in a drawer. I'm very impressed with the quality of this product and am already looking at the Paudin range to replace other well-worn knives. It's not cheap - but it's certainly worth the investment and slices through my sourdough with ease.

These knives are beautiful. They are easy to use with a well shaped handle and very sharp blades. in fact a pleasure to work with.

Cuts my joints with ease

Very sharp when it arrived but is now starting to loose it's edge this after only being used on meat and bread and in less than one month.Will need a new edge put on it on a regular basis if it is to maintain it's effectiveness.

I have to admit that I thought this knife was going to be difficult for me to use as I've got tiny hands but it's actually fine. It's very sharp so extra care is needed but it made carving meat a lot easier for me. I'm very happy with it.

Superb quality and razor sharp, just like all my other Paudin knives!

High quality, well made blades.Very good weight.Very good sharpness.Edge retention seems adequate.Performs really well.Mildly worried about how to properly sharpen each blade correctly. Would like to see a small card included to direct me to the businesses recommended method to sharpen their blades.
