Q: What material is this? Does it shrink?

My shirt is unfortunately 60% cotton, 40% polyester. I bought this one in particular because I thought it was 100% cotton 🙁

Q: Are the letters iron on vinyl like what you can do yourself with a cricut, or are they screenprinted where you cannot feel them and they wont peel?

The shirts I ordered appeared to be iron on. They were placed evenly and neatly. I am unable to tell you how they’re holding up because they were a gift.
