Q: How is the pot induction compatible if it is not magnetic?

It is not compatible with the induction stove.

Q: Would useing an induction stove be a problem?

I used my glass top electric without issue

Q: Where can i buy replacement gaskets?

Any decent hardware store, plumbing section

Q: How many hours will it take to cook it all off

Just a couple of hours. Temps have to be just right. Final product should be about 110 proof. After the cook I should be able to get about 1.5 gallons of good clean liquor
