I'm not happy with this. The noise canceling is horrid. Each time it tries to do noise canceling the person I'm speaking with gets nothing but a modem like squeal. I've already made arrangements to return them. The nicest thing I can say about them is that they're very pretty.----So I have to give the company some props. They saw the review and wrote me immediately. Here's the response I got from them. I've redacted some things because it contains my personal information. I'm willing to try a second one to see if the first was simply defective but I'm not willing to alter my review unless the second one proves to be satisfactory. I purchased these wireless headphones and was initially happy with my retractable set. But was so disappointed after using them for less than 4 weeks the retracting wire that connects to the earbud has already frayed making one bud useless. It would be nice if the company DolTech would replace the defective headset or offer at least a partial refund.

I purchased these for my husband for his birthday in May 2017. He had researched and read tons of reviews for many different Bluetooth Headsets, and through all the research, he discovered these are the ones he wanted. He is a farmer so he operates loud farm equipment everyday, so he really needed a noise cancelling headset. These headphones were excellent for keeping the noise out. We could talk on the phone while he was driving the tractor and be able to hear everything each other said. He even wore these while mowing the yard to listen to his music. He loved them. The only reason I rated the product 4 stars instead of 5 is because one of the earbuds will no longer retract. Other than that we have no complaints. We will be getting a new set, and we look forward to trying those.

The company found out about this and immediately offered to rectify the situation by replacing them for me. I think overall, they are a great pair of bluetooth headphones that hold a great charge and have awesome sound quality. The customer service from DolTech is also amazing. Give them a try.

I waited to review do to a recent review that I posted and was then badly disappointed. These headphones are very good, especially for the price, and the pull to retract actually seems to work better than the ones with buttons. Sound is good and reliable. Good life on the battery. I use the headphones daily for long periods of time and am very happy with them. I will also say that I've had many women ask me about them because they love the color (great gift for girlfriend/wife). I listen to a lot of books and probably overuse headsets. When I get 6 months out of them, I'm pleased. These are the best I've had to date! I will also say that DoITech followed up with me to ensure I was satisfied since they are a new product. I was very pleased that they care enough about their product to follow up.

These were a great idea but there is something in the structure/fit of these that doesn't fit for me. With the cord extended fully they are short enough that there is a bit of a drag/pull on the neck support which, for me, hangs too far forward. It would work a lot better if the front 1/2 of these was pliable plastic to enable a bit of a custom fit. As I was traveling for a lengthy period of time I did not hit the 30 day return timing so am now stuck with something I will never use. Also, stupidly, I misinterpreted 'noise cancelling', it means the cords don't transmit artifact/sound, not that the ear plugs fit tightly enough to cancel external sound....this is not an issue with the product, just a temporary brain function on my part! (o Really bummed they didn't work...

This was the 4th or 5th set of bluetooth headphones - within this price range - that I have purchased in the last 14 months and this is the star of the bunch. The sound quality lies somewhere between good & excellent; wireless range is average-good; comfort is excellent; ease of use is good-excellent.It doesn't get 5 stars because one headphone stopped working after 7 weeks when the wiring came loose. This is a common problem with round-the-neck bluetooth headsets - the longest any have survived with me is just under 5 months, but most lasted less than 3 months. However, as this s marketed as a "Sport" product, 7 weeks was very disappointing and I was going to give this 3 Stars.However, these are so good that I wrote to the seller to complain and got a response within 24 hours and a replacement within 72 hours. Hence the extra star. If this set makes it through the end of Feb 2018, I'll come back and change this to a 5 Star rating.Update: The replacement headphone lasted less than 4 weeks before developing exactly the same problem. A real shame as I do think it's a great product ... 3 stars

These are very comfortable, good sound quality, easy to pair with devices. Are great value for money. Normally you get what you pay for, with these you get more. Very good.

I generelly enjoy these headphones a lot - the quality is alright, the colour very pretty and the sound ok for the price you pay. They have a very long battery life, which is amazing! The only thing that is a bit disappointing is the length of the expandable headphone cables - it feels like it could use another centimetre on both sides, and it is a bit disturbing sometimes if you move your head. Otherwise great!

After full recharge, battery lasted for 3.5 hours only. Not satisfied with the product. Returned it.

Returning product. After 2 weeks of use, left ear bud has stopped working. Other than that really liked the product. Would buy again if I knew that it would last longer

Vraiment très déçue. Reçue le 17 juin et l écouteur gauche ne fonctionne plus depuis le 28 juillet. Je suis pourtant très précautionneuse. Ne vaut pas du tout son prix. C est la 3ème fois que j achète cet article ds la même année.
