The Danaher Diaries 2021 Edition

A good read for anyone, but for the Jiu Jitsu athlete.. it's a must read and must own.

I listened to the other editions in audio book format. I also went to a Danaher seminar whilst in the middle of reading this- the man literally knows everything about BJJ. This book is amazing. So many nuggets of gold. People have said its just his instagram captions- unless you want to be glued to a phone to read his posts, this book is much more convenient to read- the man also spends time crafting his captions into literary gems of knowledge- if you're a jiu jitsu nerd, they are much more interesting to read than the average instagram caption.
