Brand New Phone That Does not Work
I am disappointed with the purchase to say the least. The touch screen does not work. I tried calling customer support...did not get any response. Moreover,there is not option available to return the phone. I am feeling cheated,as the phone is unusable.

I have got totally defected mobile phone through amazon. I suggest not to procure any electronic item through amazon.
